Murder for Two at New World Stages

If you are a murder mystery fan, MURDER FOR TWO is a new musical comedy that is sure to touch your heart and get your sides aching from laughter.  One actor investigates the crime while the other plays all the suspects.  The show is now playing at the New World Stages and is 90 minutes long.

5418176F-C37F-892A-F825DA6C5E195542Joe Kinosian not only stars in the show but wrote the book and music as well.  His creation of a slew of characters was awe-inspiring.  Not only did he have different accents, his gestures, movements and body language changed each time he embodied someone new. Brett Ryback who played the detective did a great job piecing things together and keeping the show flowing.  The talented duo also swapped turns playing the piano on stage.  In other words, comical and musically inclined.  I can’t even imagine auditioning for these two roles!

Do yourself a favor, don’t miss this show.  It’s writing is clever and sophisticated, yet relatable.  For more information on the musical check out:
